Vintage Thimbles with Advertising

Advertising Thimbles In Red, Blue and Silver
 
These Thimbles reckon from a time when many products included Free Gifts in their packaging. Almost always the freebies were things that housewives could use on a daily basis, keeping that brand name in the forefront. 
 
Thimbles were useful and decorative. My set of 3 includes one with the
N J C Flour brand and 2 with enameled scenes that had graced the flour sacks at one time or the other. All 3 Thimbles are silver in tone with red and blue enameled graphics. The 2 with graphics have red and blue toppers. The graphics scenes are clear and unscratched.
They are each approximately an inch tall and in very good condition. Perfect for a miniature shelf collection!
