Vintage Fleur De Lis Trinket Box

Pretty Little Glass Box in Black, Blue and White
 
These vintage glass trinket boxes came in a multitude of shapes and sizes. Their uses included everything from keepsakes to medicines. They are the perfect size for a pocket or purse and offer safe keeping for special jewelry pieces. 
 
This round white box has a Black Fleur De Lis on a background of text printed in pale blue. It has a bow clasp and is edged in gold tone rope style metal. The hinge works well and the fit is tight. The bottom has just a few scuff marks that could probably be polished away. 
 
The box is approximately 2 inches in diameter.
