Universal Cambridge Pottery 1940's Rosebud Water Pitcher with Ice Lip

Vintage Ball Pitcher in The Rosebud pattern. This well made pottery pitcher by Universal Cambridge has been well used over the years. It has no cracks or breaks but heavy crazing especially on the interior.
The Ivory glaze fits well into any color scheme. There is foxing around the spout and front of the ball adding to the vintage look and feel of the jug. The rim is encircled with a delicate string of pink rosebuds.
 
The ball jug has an elongated spout with an ice lip. It allows for being creative when filling with fresh flowers. It does make a lovely vase!
The jug is approximately  7.5" tall and 9" from spout to handle.
