Pottery Bowl in Sage Green

Our area is rich with potters. Studios dot the mountain each with their own style, mix of glazes and stories to tell. Its something anybody can love. The cool clay feels like dough in your hands. I have always had a love for pottery and spent years collecting pieces of this and that. 
 
Bowls are something every one needs. Uses are endless. Hand made bowls in beautiful earth tone glazes add a little joy to all those uses. This bowl is a good size for anything from a bowl of cereal to lightly beating 3 eggs for that buttermilk pie you have been meaning to make.
 
It is 6 inches in diameter and just over 3 inches deep. Glaze is a wonderful shade of sage green with highlights of lighter and darker shades. The inside of the bowl is a deep wood brown. The bottom is natural terra cotta color and the piece is signed by the maker.
